Salary: up to £49,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide legally sound, practical employment law advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
• Support senior advisors with client meetings and proposals
• Manage early conciliation matters and liaise with employee representatives
• Deliver client training on employment law topics
• Support and mentor paralegals and trainees

Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor or employment law/employee relations professional with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Strong grounding in employment law and employee relations
• Ability to provide clear, pragmatic, commercially aware advice
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Client-focused approach with commitment to high standards of service
