Salary: up to £49,000 per annum

What you will do
- Provide legally sound, practical employment law advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Support senior advisors with client meetings and proposals
- Manage early conciliation matters and liaise with employee representatives
- Deliver client training on employment law topics
- Support and mentor paralegals and trainees
Requirements
- Newly qualified solicitor or employment law/employee relations professional with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong grounding in employment law and employee relations
- Ability to provide clear, pragmatic, commercially aware advice
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Client-focused approach with commitment to high standards of service
