What you will do

• Provide legally sound employment law advice to a portfolio of clients
• Act as trusted advisor for commercial decisions and employee relations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Advise on settlements, early conciliation, and complex matters
• Support litigation and deliver client training
• Mentor trainees and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3–4+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Ability to deliver clear, pragmatic, commercially focused advice
• Experience managing client relationships and handling complex matters
• Collaborative approach with interest in mentoring

Nice to have

• Experience with education sector clients or mid-market organisations
