Focus on defining technical strategy, mentoring team performance, overseeing solution demonstrations, and influencing product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Home Office - UK. Extensive travel across Southern Europe required (up to 50–70%). Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Define and execute technical pre-sales strategy for Southern Europe, aligning with business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach team members with personalized development plans and drive performance metrics.
  • Oversee technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and architecture design for enterprise customers.
  • Build relationships with partners and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering on roadmaps and POCs.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and recommend policy/process improvements.
  • Travel extensively to engage customers, partners, and represent at events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Extensive leadership experience managing pre-sales teams in enterprise technology; minimum 3 years in cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, cloud platforms, Cloud Security, SASE/SSE, SD-WAN/NGFW, Data Security.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Preferred certifications: OCSP, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, FCNSP, CEH.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Southern Europe (up to 50–70%).
