What you will do

• Lead global coordination of affiliates to execute the Customer Engagement Impact Plan (CEIP) framework.
• Define optimal channel mixes based on external benchmarks, internal data, and customer insights.
• Establish and maintain effectiveness metrics and Marketing Mix ROI measurement frameworks.
• Act as the global data owner for customer engagement data within the commercial analytics framework.
• Evaluate and implement new solutions to automate planning, execution tracking, and updates.
• Provide coaching and guidance to affiliates on omnichannel best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, BI, Digital Marketing, or CX, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proven experience in global or regional roles within matrix organizations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing automation tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent English is required.
