What you will do
- Develop and execute Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals, including compensation structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Own global job architecture, leveling, market pricing, and pay equity initiatives.
- Manage executive compensation, Compensation Committee, and sales comp plans with Revenue Operations.
- Design benefits programs, time off policies, and manage global vendors for health, retirement, and wellbeing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and partner with HR, TA, and leaders on frameworks.
- Lead small team of comp/benefits pros and deliver training/comms on offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years in total rewards, 5+ in leadership; global comp/benefits experience across countries
- Proven track in executive comp, job architecture, and scaling in high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of global comp practices, equity programs, regulatory requirements
- Strong financial/analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, market analysis
- Excellent communication to explain complex concepts; strategic business acumen
