TL;DR

Total Rewards Analyst: Support the design, execution, and scaling of compensation and benefits programs with an accent on compensation analytics, program management, and U.S. benefits administration. What you will do

  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation modeling using survey data like Radford, Mercer, Pave.
  • Support job architecture, salary bands, merit/bonus cycles, promotions, and pay equity analyses.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders for data-driven compensation recommendations.
  • Administer U.S. benefits programs including health, retirement, leave, open enrollment, and compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA.
  • Manage equity programs like stock options and RSUs, including benchmarking and employee education.
  • Assist with global expansion, acquisitions integration, and scalable total rewards processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in compensation or total rewards.
  • Strong compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program execution expertise.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling and large datasets.
  • Hands-on U.S. benefits administration experience.
  • High attention to detail, data integrity, and handling confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Equity programs exposure (stock options, RSUs).
  • Global compensation/benefits experience.
  • HRIS (Workday, ADP, Rippling) and compensation tools (Pave, Radford).
  • Data visualization (Tableau) and AI tools for analysis.
