Location: Hybrid - expected to work from office 3 days a week in hub locations: San Francisco CA, Denver CO, Nashville TN (US), Santiago (Chile). Relocation stipend may be available to hub locations.
Salary: $364,000 - $403,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do
- Own Total Rewards strategy end-to-end, designing compensation, benefits, equity, and variable pay programs that scale and attract top talent
- Lead equity strategy and governance, partnering with leadership and Board for late-stage private company
- Drive People technology ecosystem and data architecture, optimizing Workday HCM and tools with AI and automation
- Champion self-service employee experience with frictionless processes, tools, and training
- Lead Total Rewards and People Operations team across payroll, systems, benefits, reporting, and analytics
- Partner with senior leaders to scale rewards, processes, and People infrastructure
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in Total Rewards, People/HR Operations, HR Technology; 5+ years senior leadership in high-growth or pre-IPO/public companies
- Deep expertise in rewards strategy, compensation design, executive compensation, equity plan design
- Proven ability to build and optimize HR technology ecosystems including ATS, benefits, compensation platforms
- Tech-forward mindset with hands-on AI, automation, analytics to transform HR processes
- Exceptional communication and influence across all levels including Board
- A-player mindset with bias for action, urgency, resilience
