Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY hubs or remote within the US. Preference for east coast.
Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000 - $269,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead design, development, and implementation of global sales compensation programs emphasizing OTE benchmarking and structures.
- Support sales job architecture, leveling, and benchmarking for global sales roles.
- Partner with sales leaders as subject matter expert on compensation programs.
- Expand into new territories by building compensation structures and supporting implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, People Partners, Ops, and others to align programs with business priorities.
- Use market data and tools to assess competitiveness and drive team health and performance improvements.
- Develop communication and enablement materials for managers and employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years as Compensation Partner or similar in fast-moving organization
- Background partnering with sales or GTM organizations, understanding quota-driven environments.
- Strong technical skills in compensation tools, benchmarking, and multi-geography analysis.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous settings.
- Must be based in US hubs or remote within the US
Nice to have
- Strong international experience across multiple geographies.
- Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth or GTM evolution.
- Familiarity with sales planning, quota-setting, or attainment measurement.
