TL;DR

What you will do

  • Plan and execute full project lifecycle for consumer privacy initiatives, from scoping and POC to design, build, and go-live.
  • Ensure projects meet CCPA and global data privacy regulations, legal goals, and governance standards on time.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and vendor services in partnership with Finance.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decisions as liaison between Legal, business partners, IT teams, and executives.
  • Identify, document, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to protect regulatory deadlines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, teams, timelines, remediation, budgets, and outsourced vendors
  • Deep knowledge of CCPA/GDPR consumer privacy workflows and data fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with data platform architectures and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills to translate legal/regulatory needs into technical plans
  • PMP, CIPP, or equivalent certification preferred
