Salary: $160,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs across operational functions including Mission Critical Operations and Solutions Engineering.
• Define execution architecture, including sequencing strategy and cross-program dependency alignment.
• Facilitate resolution of high-impact cross-functional conflicts and systemic integration challenges.
• Provide executive-level updates on systemic risk, operational impact, and decision implications.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing direction on program structure and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO standards and delivery maturity across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 8–14+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical or functional programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level initiatives with multiple intersecting workstreams.
• Proven ability to influence senior operational and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing junior team members.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in a hybrid office environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or similar).
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure models and operational reliability frameworks.
• Experience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments.
