What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of product demos from concept and storyboarding to testing and execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft narratives that support GTM strategies.
• Develop a scalable library of recipes and demo concepts tailored for retail, social media, and PR.
• Lead the filming and editing of demo content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor product testing and research industry trends to identify innovation priorities.
• Provide real-time culinary feedback to global teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of culinary or content development experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Marketing, or Communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in food safety processes and culinary innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with video editing software/equipment.
• Must be based in Needham, MA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
