Location: Onsite at Roanoke, Texas (1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, ability to cover other shifts)

Hourly Rate: $23/hr + annual raise program

What you will do

• Examine gummies for defects, damage, and contamination; verify specifications like weights, seals, date codes
• Conduct organoleptic evaluations and isolate non-conforming products
• Monitor and operate metal detection equipment; perform pre-operational inspections and calibrations
• Record production data, initiate corrective actions, conduct GMP audits and environmental monitoring
• Collect shelf-life samples, manage documentation, participate in incident investigations
• Communicate with production team, reinforce GMP standards, conduct facility inspections

Requirements

• Previous experience as QA Technician in food manufacturing
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Drive
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and product specifications
• Capable of standing for extended periods, multitasking, working overtime/holidays
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
