What you will do

• Design and develop engaging, interactive digital learning modules using Articulate Rise.
• Translate subject matter expert input, presentations, and documents into effective learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design best practices to ensure content is learner-centered and outcome-driven.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to clarify content and manage project timelines.
• Conduct quality assurance and make revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency with established templates, branding guidelines, and development standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio of Articulate Rise projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, with a specific emphasis on Rise.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning best practices.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and incorporating feedback.
• Familiarity with SCORM packaging.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, accounting, or technical learning environments.
• Ability to design complex interactive scenarios, knowledge checks, and applied practice.
• Experience in AI video generation.
• Experience leveraging emerging technologies (AI tools, automation) to enhance learning.
