What you will do

• Configure and manage the AbsorbLMS environment and overall learning architecture.
• Develop structured microlearning pathways and organize instructional content in alignment with project goals.
• Design and implement automation workflows for enrollment, follow-up reminders, and notifications.
• Set up and manage client-specific portals and multi-organization environments.
• Integrate live learning sessions with digital pathways to create a blended learning experience.
• Create reporting dashboards to track engagement, completion rates, and learner progress.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AbsorbLMS implementation and management.
• Proficiency in learning pathway design and automation workflows.
• Experience with microlearning environments and client portal configuration.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Ewa Beach HI Time.
• Ability to work independently in an evolving, foundational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with TalentLMS.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise or Articulate 360.
• Background in Leadership development or B2B learning platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce LMS functionality.
