What you will do
- Lead learning initiatives end-to-end: discovery, planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution for customer workflows and product releases.
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences in formats like eCourses, videos, job aids, and in-app support using adult learning principles and AI tools.
- Define success metrics, collect data and feedback, analyze results, and iterate learning solutions with technology specialists.
- Drive innovation by applying new tools, templates, and approaches to enhance learning quality and relevance.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and developing adult learning solutions for software or complex processes.
- Expertise in learning design methodologies like ADDIE and agile, including evaluation.
- Proven end-to-end leadership of learning projects with SMEs and customer-facing teams.
- Advanced skills in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso) and AI technologies.
- Data-informed approach using metrics, surveys, and feedback for iteration.
- Comfort with AI tools for research, content creation, and quality assurance.
Nice to have
- Degree or certification in instructional design or related field.
- Experience with healthcare software or LTPAC/senior living industry.
- Familiarity with products and release cycles.
