TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and develop instructional materials like e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, videos, presentations, and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with operations, technology teams, and subject matter experts to align training with real-world workflows and systems.
- Manage training content lifecycle to keep materials current, relevant, and integrated with LMS structures.
- Build interactive blended learning using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Translate complex system functionality into visually engaging learning assets and performance support tools.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and integration of AI and emerging technologies for enhanced learning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of instructional design experience in a professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design, education, graphic design, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience designing SCORM-compliant e-learning and interactive solutions.
- Ability to translate complex systems and workflows into accessible materials; strong visual design skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management; ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Portfolio of instructional design, multimedia, or e-learning projects required.
