What you will do

  • Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline.
  • Design and run experiments across paid channels, lifecycle, landing pages, and outbound support.
  • Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the funnel.
  • Build, test, and iterate on messaging based on real customer behavior.
  • Partner with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding, activation, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution.
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or data-driven products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Experience running A/B tests, funnel optimization, and channel testing.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to execute quickly without heavy structure.
