What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting pipelines for multiple concurrent technical roles, from sourcing to offer closing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Run structured screens, collect feedback, and drive stage progression with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication, pipeline hygiene in ATS, and documentation rigor.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and competitor signals.
• Support interviewer enablement and offer preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical recruiting (deep tech / AI / engineering preferred)
• Proven end-to-end recruiting experience including structured screens and stakeholder coordination
• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise
• High attention to detail, process discipline, and ownership mindset
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in international environment across time zones

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage / high-growth environments
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and scorecard-based hiring
• Prior exposure to AI research/engineering or scientific computing profiles
