What you will do
- Conduct 45-minute live coding sessions with candidates for demanding technical positions.
- Evaluate technical proficiency and provide detailed feedback on candidate performance.
- Use tools like Coderbyte and Ashby to assess the candidate pool.
- Maintain a high quality bar to ensure only top-tier candidates are presented to clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Startup or equivalent environment.
- Proven experience successfully passing live coding interviews.
- Proficiency in popular backend languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Fluency in Frontend and React for frontend-specific challenges.
- Must be based in Argentina.
