Location: Remote (United States), specifically targeting the Central U.S. region
Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for a defined set of named enterprise accounts, from planning to expansion and renewal.
- Develop multi-year account strategies to expand Temporal’s footprint across multiple divisions and buying centers.
- Lead complex, ROI-driven sales motions and navigate sophisticated technical discussions with architects and executives.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with both technical practitioners and C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, and RevOps.
- Maintain accurate business forecasting within Salesforce (SDFC).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven success owning and expanding named strategic accounts with long sales cycles and high complexity.
- Experience closing 7-figure, multi-year deals within large, matrixed organizations.
- Deep technical and business acumen to bridge conversations between software engineers and executives.
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or highly technical products.
- Must be based in the United States.
