TL;DR

Senior HR Generalist: Deliver end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries with an accent on employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labour legislation. Focus on maintaining accurate people data, providing day-to-day guidance to managers and employees, and contributing to global HR projects and process improvements.

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate people data in SuccessFactors and prepare HR documentation compliant with local laws
  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, labour cost reporting, and payroll coordination
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
  • Support recruitment, employee relations, development, and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to global HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries or international environments (must-have)
  • MUST be based in UK or NL
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Celegro preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or related field
  • Fluent English required; strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Dutch language skills
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organisations
  • Experience supporting transformation or HR operating model changes
  • Exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives
