TL;DR

HR Apprentice (Media): Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR function across the UK&I region with an accent on the full employee lifecycle. Focus on drafting employment documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and completing a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Location: Onsite in Bracknell, UK. All applicants must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Draft and issue employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and probation outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records while upholding GDPR standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using Employment Hero and iHasco.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to routine queries regarding payroll, benefits, and leave.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Support benefits administration and raise purchase orders for HR expenditure.

Requirements

  • Legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
  • Eligibility and willingness to undertake a CIPD Level 3 HR apprenticeship qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous administrative experience, internships, or part-time employment.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment.
  • Basic awareness of HR processes or employment law.
  • Prior experience using HRIS software, such as Employment Hero.
