TL;DR

People Administrator (HR): Provide comprehensive HR support for UK & EMEA markets with an accent on employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and process optimization. Focus on producing documentation, managing records, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring audit readiness across employment processes.

What you will do

  • Produce employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, and handle processes like probation reviews, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and redundancy.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems (Sage, Peakon, Greenhouse), ensure compliance, and manage onboarding including checks and inductions.
  • Enhance processes for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events; support performance appraisals and compensation planning.
  • Advise managers/employees on HR queries, liaise with payroll/finance, manage safer recruitment, and lead maternity/paternity conversations.
  • Support People Operations Partner with audits, training, process improvements, automation, and team running; complete ad-hoc projects and reporting.
  • Align UK/EMEA processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster customer service culture.

Requirements

  • Experience and solid foundation in HR processes, especially UK and EMEA employment law and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems like Sage, Peakon, Greenhouse.
  • Strong attention to detail for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle employee queries professionally and support managers.
  • Understanding of legislation across responsible markets for compliance.
  • Proactive, compassionate approach with customer service focus.
