What you will do

• Own UK payroll and commissions processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Manage UK immigration processes and continuously improve benefits programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for UK employees on all people-related matters.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, compliance, policies, and processes.
• Analyze data trends to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Design and implement automations, workflows, and AI agents to boost efficiency.
• Partner with finance, global People Ops, and senior stakeholders on reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years in People Operations / HR, ideally in startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience owning UK payroll, commissions, and employee benefits.
• Strong analytical mindset for working with data and improving processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Team-first mindset for collaborating in a fast-paced, global organization.
• AI-forward operator with experience or interest in automations and agents in People Ops.
• Able and excited to be in London office 5 days a week.
