TL;DR

Location: United States. Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed. Unable to sponsor employment visas.

Salary: $114,000 – $185,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead sales for Secrets Management and Agentic AI Security as subject matter expert for DevSecOps, cloud-native, and agentic AI use cases.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion in assigned region, targeting highly regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with account teams, Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Value Added Resellers, and Systems Integrators.
  • Develop and present business cases to executives including CISO, CIO, DevOps leaders, and cloud architects.
  • Manage full sales cycle: opportunity creation, technical validation, scoping, negotiation, delivery, and revenue recognition.
  • Create account plans and strategies focused on cloud transformation, DevSecOps adoption, and PAM modernization.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise software sales, ideally in security, DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud technologies.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps principles, cloud architectures, Secrets Management, and AI Security solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen to articulate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years in sales or Senior Sales Engineer roles focused on DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud, or security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Secrets Management and AI Security.
  • Strategic thinker with track record in cloud and DevOps environments.
  • Experience building product overviews and business cases for cloud transformation and DevSecOps.
  • Worked with Product Management on custom requirements.
