Salary: $49,129 - $57,387 USD (OTE: $63,867 - $74,603+)

What you will do
- Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting using research from podcasts, news, and 10K reports.
- Uncover complex enterprise opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and buying committees.
- Build ROI and utilize a challenger mindset to set the stage for high-value sales conversations.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Develop industry expertise in HR and wellness trends to act as a trusted consultant.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience (not necessarily in sales).
- Familiarity or certification in Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in New York or Miami for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Tenacious, goal-driven, and coachable mindset.
