What you will do

• Own the entire client experience from onboarding through long-term partnership management.

• Collaborate with delivery squads to ensure technical work aligns with actual business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a web development agency specializing in WordPress or open source CMS.
• Proven track record of communicating business outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to spot, manage, and close growth opportunities.
• Ability to develop and execute Account Growth Strategies.
• Must be based in US East Coast, Midwest, or Eastern/Mid Canada.
