Account Manager (Staff Augmentation)

What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts as primary point of contact.
• Lead preparation of proposals, scopes, and commercial pitches with sales and delivery teams.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and conduct strategic account planning.
• Partner with talent and delivery teams for optimal resource alignment to client needs.
• Manage and mentor one Client Operations Executive.
• Maintain client relationships, report on performance metrics, and forecast revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in tech/outsourcing/staff augmentation.
• Experience with nearshoring, agile delivery, nearshore teams, and U.S.-based accounts required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally to the U.S. for client visits.
• Strong numerical skills for revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
• Strategic mindset, excellent communication, and executive presence.
