What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Workplace Leads, Coordinators, and Receptionists
• Own workplace operations including front-of-house, office services, supplies, and standards
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, renewals, and performance
• Handle workplace budget, forecasting, purchase requests, and cost optimization
• Lead programs for onboarding, ways of working, and office rituals
• Oversee health, safety, security, office build-outs, moves, and space changes
• Create playbooks, processes, and documentation for scalable operations

Requirements

• 8+ years in workplace, facilities, office management, or operations
• Managed vendors and budgets, holding partners accountable
• Structured, reliable, with experience building smooth-running systems
• Clear communication with stakeholders on trade-offs and decisions
• Hands-on, quick response to issues
• Care for employee experience and translating feedback to improvements
