Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Equity

hirify.global is creating the shift to voice as humanity's default interface by providing a highly configurable platform for deploying voice agents.

What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, organization, and functionality across two floors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, lead negotiations, and track facility budgets to optimize spending.
  • Coordinate IT workplace technology, including laptop provisioning, access systems, and AV tools.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for company events, from recruiting gatherings to quarterly off-sites.
  • Audit and formalize existing office processes by creating and maintaining scalable SOPs.
  • Act as the primary on-site host for guests and support the onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing office operations within a tech or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of working with vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for onsite work.
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to proactively identify and fix inefficiencies.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external representation.
