Compensation: $130K – $160K + Equity

What you will do

• Support the setup and launch of the San Francisco office from the ground up.
• Manage all ongoing office operations, including maintenance, security, vendors, and supplies.
• Handle mail, packages, and IT device shipping/receiving logistics.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, offsites, and team-building activities.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors, and candidates.
• Manage internal branding for People programs, including onboarding swag and recognition initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or employee experience.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proven experience in coordinating events and employee engagement programs.
• Comfortable assisting with IT logistics and equipment shipping/receiving.
