What you will do

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a high-quality and welcoming workplace experience.
• Plan and execute in-office events, team activations, and All Hands meetings.
• Oversee vendor relationships and maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Triage and resolve workplace requests using ticketing systems like Jira.
• Provide basic on-site technology support in coordination with IT and network teams.
• Partner with People, IT, and Legal teams to support employee onboarding and operational needs.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or facilities.
• Experience supporting office environments in a fast-paced or high-growth company.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona to provide on-site support.
