What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing models across regions to determine optimal price points.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Own the pricing optimization framework aligned with commercial goals.
• Lead promotional strategy with A/B testing for effective customer retention incentives.
• Manage promotional budget, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and deployment teams for execution of campaigns and changes.

Requirements

• +3 years in pricing, commercial analytics, or finance, ideally in e-commerce or subscriptions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Understanding of pricing mechanics, margins, and customer behavior impact.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven mindset for high-growth environment.
