What you will do

• Own online visibility and engagement across digital channels including organic and paid tactics
• Drive and execute SEO and GEO strategies with regional teams, optimizing for LLMs and AI search
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing focusing on ROI and scalability
• Manage forecasting, budget planning for paid media aligned with business goals
• Architect technical SEO/GEO/SEA foundation including site structure, schema, and landing page performance
• Analyze data with Power BI, drive data-first decisions integrating CRM insights
• Test and scale AI-powered tools, workflows, and strategies; stay ahead of search evolutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, GEO, SEA and how channels interact
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, digital marketing setups
• Paid media forecasting, budget management, commercial mindset
• Technical SEO knowledge: structured data, content optimization for search and LLMs
• Analytical skills with Power BI or similar for actionable insights
• Fluency in English
• Experience in international cross-functional environment
