What you will do

• Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce
• Manage marketing database structure and segmentation
• Build and audit prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar
• Execute compliant mass email campaigns
• Create competitor tracking databases and website audits
• Build campaign tracking frameworks and support SEO content updates
• Document processes and standardize workflows
• Support light content execution like email drafts and Canva templates

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce experience (data management, segmentation, reporting)
• Experience with Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot or similar
• Experience using ZoomInfo or comparable prospecting tools
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
• Ability to follow and document standardized processes

Nice to have

• Experience supporting US-based companies
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Website CMS experience
• Experience drafting marketing emails or content publishing
• Canva or light creative execution
