Analytics & CRO Lead (Marketing): Own end-to-end digital analytics framework, CRO strategy, and performance measurement across website, paid media, CRM, and sales funnel with an accent on A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and ROI optimization. Focus on designing experimentation roadmaps, optimizing lead generation, and translating data insights into business results.

What you will do

  • Own digital analytics framework, define KPIs, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across website, paid media, CRM, and sales funnel.
  • Lead CRO strategy: design A/B tests, analyse user behaviour (funnels, heatmaps), and optimize landing pages and user journeys.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation via Google Ads, social ads, SEO; track MQL/SQL and pipeline with Sales.
  • Support demand generation, outbound strategy for SMEs, personal branding on LinkedIn, and ABM for large enterprises.
  • Analyse CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, funnels; track spends vs ROI and provide insights for budget decisions.
  • Prepare performance reports and act as strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital analytics, CRO, or performance marketing; background in agencies, SEO, or growth teams a plus.
  • Hands-on with data analysis, dashboards, HubSpot, CRM analytics, marketing automation.
  • Experience with lead generation (Google Ads, social ads), full digital marketing funnel, A/B testing, CRO best practices.
  • Portuguese (fluent), English (advanced).
  • Strong analytical thinking, business mindset, structured, cross-functional collaboration.
