What you will do

• Drive sales cycle: spot opportunities, follow up on leads, prepare offers and contracts, support account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, keep customer data up to date.
• Serve as first point of contact for external questions, provide quick professional responses.
• Create sales reports, presentations, and documentation; process customer orders accurately.
• Solve customer and partner issues, collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Identify process improvements and contribute ideas for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with French and English at C2 level (spoken and written).
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized.
• Comfortable speaking in public with good presentation skills.
• Eager to work in a sales team.
