What you will do

  • Build prospect engagement strategies and qualified pipelines across cold and warm channels.
  • Execute full sales cycles, pitching payment orchestration and value-added services to global enterprises.
  • Drive urgency, action plans, and negotiations with C-suite stakeholders at prospective merchants.
  • Master hirify.global’s technology stack to articulate value and handle detailed product questions.
  • Oversee compliance and technical implementation for seamless merchant onboarding.
  • Ramp up new merchants, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities data-driven.

Requirements

  • 3+ years commercial experience in top-tier EU fintech/paytech sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative sales approach.
  • Self-starter able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational skills for managing complexity and data-informed decisions.
  • Understanding of payments ecosystem (acquiring, processing, fraud, routing, compliance) is a plus.
