TL;DR

Client Services Manager (Danish Market, Adtech): Manage day-to-day success of client accounts, handling end-to-end campaign delivery from onboarding to optimization with an accent on building trusted relationships and achieving KPIs. Focus on monitoring performance, addressing risks, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Copenhagen / London / Barcelona (Hybrid: 3 in-office days per week)

What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships.
  • Lead onboarding, campaign launches, setup, management, and optimization to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to support retention and growth.
  • Deliver training, insights, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify optimization, upsell, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in client-facing account management or customer success.
  • Understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, or programmatic media (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Effective collaboration across teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers (DCM, Adform), ad verification (IAS, DV, MOAT), SSPs/DSPs (DV360, TTD, Xandr).
  • Experience with tag management (GTM, Adobe).
