What you will do
- Manage and grow the customer base in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets through the implementation of pricing strategies.
- Conduct consultative sales and high-level negotiations with decision-makers.
- Perform market and competitive analyses in cooperation with central functions.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Organize local marketing activities, product trainings, and customer events.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket and field sales.
- Residence in one of the Nordic countries (ideally Sweden) or willingness to relocate.
- English: C1 proficiency required (Swedish is an advantage).
- High willingness to travel within the Nordic countries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
