Area Sales Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)

Location: Must reside in one of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway) or be willing to relocate (ideally to Sweden)

What you will do

• Manage and grow the customer base in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets through the implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales and high-level negotiations with decision-makers.
• Perform market and competitive analyses in cooperation with central functions.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Organize local marketing activities, product trainings, and customer events.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket and field sales.
• Residence in one of the Nordic countries (ideally Sweden) or willingness to relocate.
• English: C1 proficiency required (Swedish is an advantage).
• High willingness to travel within the Nordic countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
