What you will do

• Proactively manage day-to-day relationships with agency and network partners.
• Oversee campaigns from kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, to billing.
• Identify growth opportunities and up-sell potential within client portfolios.
• Conduct client calls, compile performance evaluations, and monitor campaign delivery.
• Facilitate contract billing and resolve support requests or data issues.
• Communicate product value proposition and gather customer insights for improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales or Account Management with deep understanding of online advertising industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Direct experience at advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand side platform.
• Experience with Ad Serving technology and online media products.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
