What you will do

  • Act as system owner for manufacturing applications, managing lifecycle, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with manufacturing and engineering leaders to translate needs into IT capabilities and optimize processes.
  • Ensure integration with enterprise platforms like ERP, system availability, performance, and GxP compliance.
  • Drive automation, data-driven decisions, and digital transformation initiatives like Industry 4.0.
  • Manage incidents, demands, projects using Agile, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Define manufacturing systems roadmap aligned with business strategy and support change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • ≥3 years managing IT systems in manufacturing/industrial environments, preferably pharma/life sciences.
  • Experience with shopfloor systems, Track&Trace (ARC), planning (OPCenter APS, Delmia Ortems), data acquisition (Ignition).
  • Knowledge of GxP, CSV, data integrity, industrial integrations, Agile, Jira.
  • Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and understanding of industrial processes.
