What you will do

• Lead the identification and assessment of global business opportunities, including tenders and strategic partnerships.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of tender projects from initial identification through to shop opening.
• Coordinate internal departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Drive the development of key project deliverables including business plans, financial models, and commercial strategies.
• Manage relationships with key local stakeholders, including airport authorities and third-party partners.
• Ensure adherence to standard policies, procedures, and governance frameworks within the Business Development function.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role within a global retail organization or top-tier management consultancy.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in business model development and strategic project execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across global and local teams.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong numerical and business acumen.
