What you will do

  • Define and execute an EMEA partnership strategy and build a targeted pipeline across public sector, large software/platform companies, and new market entrants.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership deals: discovery, value proposition, commercial modeling, negotiation, and signature.
  • Shape partnership models (integration, distribution, licensing, co-development, channel/alliances, framework agreements) and build business cases tied to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Strategy, Product, Technology/IT, Security, Compliance, and regional leaders) to move deals forward and ensure practical delivery plans.
  • Establish scalable partnership governance and standards, including documentation, approvals, risk reviews, renewal planning, and security/data handling expectations.
  • Track partnership performance over time using structured reporting (pipeline, cycle time, revenue/forecast, adoption, renewals, ROI) and drive corrective actions for underperformance.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, licensing, or related commercial roles, ideally in healthcare, enterprise software, data/content licensing, or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience building partnerships with large enterprises and/or government/public-sector organizations across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate medical device and privacy regulations across geographies during partnership discussions.
  • Experience negotiating partnerships involving AI use cases, including legal and commercial terms.
  • Knowledge of AI technical delivery frameworks and terminology (e.g., MCP, RAG).
  • Strong deal leadership and business/financial acumen, with clear executive communication and influence in a matrixed environment.
