What you will do
- Design and run ad-hoc quantitative research for large clients across different sectors.
- Develop end-to-end quantitative research projects, from requirements to analysis and final presentation.
- Lead briefings and client needs gathering; define advanced and innovative research methodologies.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including reporting and client management.
- Work in English with stakeholders across different countries.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members in project context.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience leading end-to-end quantitative research projects for large accounts/brands.
- Proven ability with complex methodologies (e.g., Maxdiff, Conjoint, structural equation modeling) and turning data into actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with SPSS, R or Python, and advanced Excel; strong data visualization tools experience (PowerBI, Tableau) is valued.
- Fluent English for presentations and reporting (imprescindible fluidez).
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tight timelines with methodological rigor in changing environments.
- Experience managing and developing junior/middle profiles, while still being able to work hands-on (e.g., reviewing tabulations, coding, checking questionnaires).
