What you will do

• Manage merchant account profitability, revenue potential, and adjust commercial agreements as necessary.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize product suite revenue.
• Monitor pricing proposals, competitor activity, and merchant complaints.
• Develop and execute Account Development Plans for sales and profitability.
• Liaise with service teams to ensure SLA compliance and excellent service delivery.
• Rationalize POS deployments and mentor sales executives on products.

Requirements

• College graduate, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• 2+ years in sales and customer service, ideally in credit card or merchant acquiring.
• Proven record handling demanding customers; must be based in Pangasinan.
• Very good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, mature, independent with strong organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
