What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive implementations.
  • Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI with hirify.global products.
  • Resolve technical challenges via cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
  • Coordinate projects for strategic alignment and successful completion.
  • Conduct service reviews, manage escalations, and recommend product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (presales/post-sales) with program/project management.
  • Strong communication skills for C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
  • Business acumen, risk mitigation skills, and ability to work in matrix environment.
