What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive implementations.
- Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI with products.
- Resolve technical challenges via cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
- Coordinate projects for strategic alignment and successful completion.
- Conduct service reviews, manage escalations, and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
- 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (presales/post-sales) with program/project management.
- Strong communication skills for C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
- Business acumen, risk mitigation skills, and ability to work in matrix environment.
