TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager (APAC): Managing enterprise accounts, ensuring SLA fulfillment, technical resolutions, and driving ROI through hirify.global products with an accent on cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and customer success strategies. Focus on resolving complex technical challenges, coordinating projects, and providing advisory support to C-level stakeholders.

Location: Philippines - Manila (hirify.global-FLEX hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on opportunities, risk mitigation, and implementations.
  • Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI with hirify.global products.
  • Resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
  • Coordinate projects, conduct service reviews, and manage escalations.
  • Leverage technical knowledge for solutions, mentor team, and recommend product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in customer account management; 5+ in enterprise presales/post-sales with program/project management.
  • Strong communication for C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecom, Cloud Software, Security.
  • Business acumen, matrix environment experience, self-motivation under pressure.
  • Risk management and knowledge sharing skills.
