Location: Philippines - Manila (-FLEX hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on opportunities, risk mitigation, and implementations.
- Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI with products.
- Resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
- Coordinate projects, conduct service reviews, and manage escalations.
- Leverage technical knowledge for solutions, mentor team, and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years in customer account management; 5+ in enterprise presales/post-sales with program/project management.
- Strong communication for C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecom, Cloud Software, Security.
- Business acumen, matrix environment experience, self-motivation under pressure.
- Risk management and knowledge sharing skills.
