What you will do

  • Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the development team.
  • Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assemble product screens and components utilizing the ShadCN design library.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to research and prototype new product features.
  • Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, and mockups for system flows.
  • Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
  • Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies in usability and scalability.
  • Proficient written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries.
