What you will do

• Support the Operations Manager in leading production activities to meet schedules, cost targets, and EHS standards.
• Directly supervise material handlers to achieve site KPIs and operational goals.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and own the EHS performance of production operations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and product performance.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager to implement maintenance programs and reduce equipment downtime.
• Develop SOPs, lead operator training, and manage change activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Chemistry.
• 5-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or production operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Ability to drive operational improvements and manage change.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
